Disordered Eating Test 2

Disordered eating like Bulimia nervosa and Anorexia are more likely to be found in girls and young women although men and women of any age can develop the problem.

Binge Eating and Over Eating is found in both young and older members of both sexes.  A Body Mass Index of below 16.5 and above 30 are indicators that you may be suffering from disordered eating.

An eating disorder is especially dangerous to children and young adults as it impacts normal growth.

If you think you have a problem get professional help or attend a meeting of Overeaters Anonymous.

The questions below, in addition to test number 1 (calculating your Body Mass Index) will help you to decide if you might have a disordered eating problem and should get help;

if you answer the questions honestly and you answer yes to three or more then you may have a problem and you should contact the Kusnacht Practice or another professional with expertise in addictive disorders and go to a meeting of Overeaters Anonymous.
